- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Details:
- Damaged or defective items: replaced or refunded in full — no return required in most cases.
- Change of mind: items must be unused and in original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Wrong or missing items: we'll make it right immediately at no cost to you.
- Refunds cover the product price; original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
